Flight InstructorUrban Air is seeking a highly motivated candidate to take flight with us as a Flight Instructor in our award-winning indoor skydiving tunnel!Responsibilities:Ensure guest safety while flying in the Indoor Skydiving TunnelProvide excellent customer serviceCoachingControl the Indoor Skydiving TunnelSales and clean the facilityMeet and greet customersTrain and teach skydiving instructional classesGear up and de-gear guestsFly guests in the Indoor Skydiving Tunnel while ensuring their safetyCoach novice and advanced flyersControl the wind-speed of the Indoor Skydiving TunnelTake in-flight photographs of guestsSell Urban Air products and servicesQualifications:Customer service experienceSuperior listening & coaching skillsFriendly, upbeat, compassionate, personableStrong team playerSafety-aware and responsibleHigh level of physical stamina and strength (have the ability to catch or correct movements of a person of up to 300 lbs. in the Tunnel)Ability to follow routine and procedureDemonstrated commitment and dedicationMust be self-starter, detail-orientated and able to organize and prioritizeTact, discretion, and good judgment are required to maintain positive relationships with co-workers and customersExcellent oral and written communication skills are requiredNeeds initiative, detail-orientation and an ability to organize and prioritizeBasic computer skills are a mustPT test is required.
